The Youth Development Company/PAL is a long-standing nonprofit dedicated to shaping the future of early childhood education and school-age care across our region. We are committed not only to the children and families we serve, but also to the growth and success of the professionals who join our team. Through ongoing professional development and mentoring support that invests directly in your future.

In the 20+ years of operation, we have had before/after school care and summer programs serving children and families in Gobles, Coloma, Bangor, Watervliet, and South Haven. We currently operate two year-round early childhood education centers located in Coloma and South Haven, and are now hiring for our summer program locations in Watervliet and two locations in South Haven. Our impact reaches deep into the communities we call home.
