DESCRIPTION:We are grateful to have guest speakers coming to the center throughout the month to celebrate Black History month with our kiddoes. They will be speaking to the kids as well as doing a step by step craft. \nAdditionally we have created a “Tree of Peace” at both centers where the children\, after watching a Martin Luther King Jr. video from Sesame Street\, have created leaves that showcase a word or image of what they know of as peace\, unity\, sharing\, and or getting along with others. As new students enroll into our centers\, we will have the child create their own leaf to hang on their center’s tree of peace.
