Women’s History Month

🌸 Celebrating Women’s History Month at YDC! 🌸

This March, we’re proud to celebrate Women’s History Month by honoring the strength, achievements, and contributions of women, past and present, who have shaped our communities and our world.

At Youth Development Company, we believe even our youngest learners can begin to understand big ideas like kindness, courage, leadership, and fairness. Throughout the month, our classrooms will explore stories, activities, and conversations that highlight inspiring women in history while also recognizing the important women in our own lives, mothers, grandmothers, teachers, caregivers, and community leaders.

From books featuring powerful female role models to creative art projects and meaningful discussions, we’ll be encouraging children to see that everyone has the ability to make a difference. 💜

Women’s History Month is not only about looking back, it’s about helping children grow up knowing they can dream big, show compassion, and become leaders in their own unique ways. We’re excited to celebrate together!
